Senior account executive
Michael Stolp has had in excess of thirty years’ experience within the insurance industry in Tasmania. He began with TGIO and has worked for Heath Lambert through to a transition in becoming Marsh in 2004/05. In 2006 he made the move to Tasmanian broker ANCA now Steadfast Taswide Insurance Brokers until December 2017 before joining the Armstrong’s Insurance Broking team in 2018 as a Senior Account Executive.
Michael holds a Tier 1 qualified Certified Insurance Professional and is a member of NIBA (National Insurance Brokers Association).
Michael’s client base is essentially commercial and spread across a range of industries. He specialises in all facets of insurance ranging from SME Business Insurance, Industrial Special Risks, Commercial and Fleet Motor, Marine Transit/Carriers and Worker’s Compensation. Also various liability covers including management liability, general liability and professional indemnity.
Michael’s approach is centred on developing a strong understanding of each client’s situation and helping them achieve what is important through the implementation of high quality strategic advice and then tailoring an insurance and risk management programme to ensure his clients are placed in a position to be adequately protected to survive an insurable event.
